标题：情景代入式床旁体验护理在上尿路结石手术患者中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨情景代入式床旁体验护理在上尿路结石手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月于西安国际医学中心医院行上尿路结石手术的560例尿路结石患者，按随机数表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(情景代入式床旁体验护理)各280例，两组患者均行肾镜碎石取石术治疗。比较两组患者围手术期指标(尿管拔除时间、首次下床时间、住院时间)及干预期间并发症发生情况；比较干预前后两组患者汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、贝克抑郁问卷(BDI)、个体生活质量评估量表(QOL)及自我效能感量表(GSES)评分变化。结果 观察组患者的尿管拔除时间、首次下床时间和住院时间分别为(2.50±0.47) d、(2.47±0.32) d、(8.71±2.06) d，明显短于对照组的(3.72±0.51) d、(3.31±0.34) d、(10.24±2.54) d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组患者的HAMA、BDI评分分别为(9.33±2.65)分、(32.14±4.03)分，明显低于对照组的(12.05±2.32)分、(40.36±5.52)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组患者的各项QOL评分、GSES评分明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；行肾镜碎石取石术后，观察组患者的总并发症发生率为 4.64%，明显低于对照组的 11.42%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对上尿路结石手术患者实施情景代入式床旁体验护理，有助于促进患者术后恢复，缩短住院时间，减少不良情绪和并发症，提高自我效能，具有一定临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of scene substituting bedside experience nursing in pa-tients undergoing upper urinary tract calculi surgery. Methods A total of 560 patients undergoing upper urinary tractcalculi surgery in Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital were enrolled between January 2020 and January 2022.According to random number table method, they were divided into a control group (routine nursing) and an observationgroup (scene substituting bedside experience nursing), with 280 patients in each group.
