      【摘要】 钛具有良好的生物相容性和优异的力学性能,是一种应用广泛的牙科植入材料。但钛具有生物惰性,细菌容易黏附于其表面并产生生物膜,增加种植术后并发症和失败率。采用阳极氧化技术制备的二氧化钛纳米管具有良好的生物相容性和光驱化活性等优点。TNTs修饰的钛种植体能够增强成骨细胞功能、调节骨免疫环境、促进长期骨整合,且具有独特的管腔状结构、高载药量和可调节药物释放动力学等特点,使其在药物释放方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文将从调节颌骨免疫微环境、种植体周围炎以及药物递送等方面介绍二氧化钛纳米管在口腔种植领域的应用进展。

Progress in the application of titanium dioxide nanotubes in dental implants.

School of Stomatology, Jinan University, Guangzhou 510632, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Titanium is a widely used dental implant material with good biocompatibility and excellent mechani-cal properties. However, titanium is bioinert, and bacteria are easy to adhere to its surface and generate biofilms, whichincreases the postoperative complications and failure rate. The titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanotubes prepared by anodic oxi-dation technology have good biocompatibility and optical drive activity. Titanium implants modified with titanium diox-ide nanotubes (TNTs) can enhance the function of osteoblasts, regulate the immune environment of bone, and promotelong-term osteointegration. Moreover, they have unique characteristics such as luminal structure, high drug loading, andadjustable drug release kinetics, which bring them broad application prospects in drug release. In this review, we will in-troduce the application of titania nanotubes in oral implants from the aspects of bone immune environment, peri-implanti-tis and drug delivery.
