      标题:PANDA在脑弥散张量成像临床研究中的应用进展

      【摘要】 随着脑磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)在临床研究方面的广泛应用,与其相关的后处理及分析软件也随之增多。多数DTI分析研究的后处理工具操作复杂,需要大量专业的计算机知识背景,令多数临床医生望而却步。近年来,由北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室开发的一个用于分析脑扩散图像的管道工具箱(PANDA),实现了对脑弥散图像的全自动、批量处理,操作步骤简单易学。本文简要介绍其主要功能及其在临床研究中的应用价值,最后对PANDA的局限性及其发展状况进行总结。

Research progress of PANDA in post-processing of brain diffusion tensor imaging.

LV Zi-dong, WEI Yong.Hainan Women and Children's Medical Center, Haikou 570100, Hainan, CHINA【Abstract】 With the wide application of brain magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in clinical re-search, more and more related post-processing and analysis software are developed. Most of the post-processing tools forDTI analysis are complex and require a large number of professional computer knowledge backgrounds. In recent years,a pipeline toolbox PANDA developed by the National Key Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning of Bei-jing Normal University is used to analyze brain diffusion images. It realizes the automatic and batch processing of braindiffusion images, and the operation steps are simple and easy to learn. This paper briefly introduces its main functionsand its application value in clinical research, and finally summarizes the limitations and development of PANDA.
