      【摘要】 脑卒中是目前全球第二大死亡率和第三大高致残率的疾病,给患者、患者家庭及社会带来极大的生活负担。微小RNA (miRNAs)作为缺血性脑卒中重要的调控因子,参与缺血性神经组织炎症反应的发生和调控,对缺血性脑卒中的神经保护和新生血管生成具有重要作用。积极明确脑卒中发病机制并及时进行干预,减少脑卒中的发生在疾病防治中显得尤为重要。本文就miRNAs的特征在缺血性脑卒中的作用机制及临床应用进行综述。

Research progress of miRNAs in ischemic stroke.

Gene TestingCenter, the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University, Dali 671000, Yunnan, CHINA【Abstract】 Stroke is the disease with the second highest mortality rate and the third highest disability rate in theworld, which brings great burden to patients, their families, and society. miRNAs, as important regulatory factors of isch-emic stroke, participate in the occurrence and regulation of inflammatory response of ischemic nerve tissue and play animportant role in neuroprotection and angiogenesis of ischemic stroke. It is particularly important to actively clarify thepathogenesis of stroke and timely intervene to reduce the occurrence of stroke in disease prevention and treatment. Thisarticle reviews the mechanism and clinical application of miRNAs in ischemic stroke.
