      【摘要】 无托槽隐形矫治器是一种计算机辅助设计与制作的透明弹性塑料可摘式矫治器，因其美观、舒适等优点，深受医师和患者青睐。近年来，随着材料力学、生物力学以及三维打印技术的发展，这一类矫治器在临床上得到了较广泛的应用，但是关于无托槽矫治器临床性能及影响因素的研究仍较分散。本文主要从热成型过程以及口腔内老化对隐形矫治器的影响作一综述，以为口腔临床应用无托槽隐形矫治器提供理论参考。

It is favored by doctors and patients because of its beauty and comfort. In recent years, with the devel-opment of material mechanics, biomechanics, and 3D printing technology, this kind of orthodontic appliance has beenwidely used in clinical practice. However, studies on the clinical performance and influencing factors of clear aligner arestill scattered. In this paper, the thermoforming process and the influence of oral aging on clear aligner are reviewed toprovide theoretical reference for clinical application of clear aligner.
