标题：骨质疏松合并骨关节炎的治疗研究进展

      【摘要】 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis，OA)及骨质疏松症(osteoporosis，OP)是中国常见的老年疾病，是影响老年人生活质量的主要骨与关节疾病。OA是长期以来困扰骨质疏松患者的问题，症状以膝腰痛最为常见。有研究证实，非骨质疏松患者的OA可以通过物理治疗解决。本综述以国内外骨关节炎和骨质疏松症治疗方案的最新研究为基础，拟探索抗骨质疏松药物联合针对性康复训练治疗OP合并OA的可行性。

Hainan Medical College, Haikou 571199, Hainan, CHINA【Abstract】 Osteoarthritis (OA) and osteoporosis (OP) are common in the elderly in China, which are the mainbone and joint diseases affecting the quality of life of the elderly. OA is a long-standing problem for patients with OP,and the symptoms are mostly knee and back pain. Studies have confirmed that OA in non-osteoporotic patients can be re-solved by physiotherapy. Based on the latest studies of domestic and international treatment options for OA and OP, thisreview intends to explore the feasibility of anti-osteoporosis drugs combined with targeted rehabilitation training for thetreatment of OA in combination with OP.
