标题：基于创伤评估的分级护理在急诊创伤患者中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨基于创伤评估为基础的分级护理在急诊创伤患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析西安国际医学中心医院急诊科于2021年1~6月期间诊治的140例急诊创伤患者的临床资料，将实施基于创伤评估为基础的分级护理前的70例患者纳入对照组，实施后的70例患者纳入观察组。比较实施前后护士的护理专业能力水平，比较两组患者创伤程度的评估正确率，以及患者并发症发生率和满意率。结果 实施后，护士的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩分别为(93.07±6.78)分、(92.86±6.21)分，均较实施前的(86.42±5.30)分、(87.03±5.42)分明显提升，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的轻、中、重伤的创伤评估正确率分别为85.00%、85.71%、90.91%，明显高于对照组的52.63%、60.00%、66.67%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的并发症发生率为8.57%，明显低于对照组的21.43%，满意率为92.86%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于创伤评估为基础的分级护理应用于急诊创伤患者，不仅有效提高了创伤评估正确率、减少了并发症的发生，还提升了护理人员的专业能力，提高了患者的满意度。

Application value of graded nursing based on trauma assessment in emergency trauma patients.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of graded nursing based on trauma evaluation in emer-gency trauma patients.Methods The clinical data of 140 emergency trauma patients treated in the Department of Emer-gency, Xijing Hospital, First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January to June 2021were analyzed retrospectively. Seventy patients before the implementation of graded nursing based on trauma assessmentwere included into the control group, and 70 patients after the implementation were included into the observation group.The nursing professional ability of nurses before and after the implementation was compared, and the evaluation accura-cy of trauma degree, complication rate, and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results After the im-plementation, the scores of theoretical assessment and operational assessment of nurses were (93.07±6.78) points and(92.86±6.21) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than (86.42±5.30) points and (87.03±5.42) points be-fore the implementation (P<0.05). The correct rates of trauma assessment of mild, moderate and severe injuries in the ob-servation group were 85.00%, 85.71%, and 90.91% respectively, which were significantly higher than 52.63%, 60.00%,and 66.67% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.57%, signifi-cantly lower than 21.43% in the control group, and the satisfaction rate was 92.86%, significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of graded nursing based on trauma assessment in emergen-cy trauma patients not only effectively improves the accuracy of trauma assessment and reduces the incidence of compli-cations, but also improves the professional ability of nurses and satisfaction of patients.
