标题：90Sr-90Y核素敷贴联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗浅表性婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果

      【摘要】 目的 观察 90Sr-90Y核素敷贴联合噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗浅表性婴幼儿血管瘤(IHs)的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年6月至2021年2月于海南医学院第一附属医院核医学科门诊接受 90Sr-90Y核素敷贴联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗的145例(179处血管瘤)浅表性 IHs患儿的临床资料，评价其在治疗过程中及完成后的疗效和安全性。结果 145例患儿经 1~3个疗程 90Sr-90Y核素敷贴联合马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗后，总有效率为 96.6% (173/179)；浅表性 IHs的疗效与患儿的性别、IHs的位置及孩子的年龄无关(P>0.05)，而主要与血管瘤的面积相关(P<0.05)；面积越大，疗效越好(OR=1.21，95%CI：0.051~0.333，P<0.05)；治疗过程中未见严重不良反应。结论 90Sr-90Y核素敷贴联合噻吗洛尔滴眼液是治疗浅表性婴儿血管瘤的有效手段之一。

Characteristics and clinical effect of 90Sr-90Y radionuclide application combined with timolol maleate eye drops inthe treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects and characteristics of 90Sr-90Y radionuclide applicationcombined with timolol maleate eye drops in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangioma. Methods The clinicaldata of 145 superficial infantile hemangiomas (179 hemangiomas) treated with 90Sr-90Y radionuclide application com-bined with timorolol maleate eye drops in the Outpatient Department of Nuclear Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospitalof Hainan Medical University from June 2020 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The efficacy and safetyof the treatment were evaluated during and after treatment. Results In 145 cases, the total effective rate was 96.6%(173/179) after 1-3 courses of treatment. The curative effect of superficial infantile hemangiomas was not related to thegender of the child, the position of His, and the age of the child (all P>0.05), but mainly related to the hemangioma area(P<0.05). The larger the area, the better the efficacy (OR=1.21, 95%CI: 0.051-0.333, P<0.05). No serious adverse reac-tions were observed during the treatment. Conclusion 90Sr-90Y radionuclide application combined with timolol maleateeye drops is one of the effective methods for superficial infantile hemangioma.
