      标题:跨理论模式健康教育对脑梗死患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨跨理论模式健康教育对脑梗死患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法 选择西安市第三医院神经内科于2020年1月至2021年2月期间收治的82例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组41例,对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组患者则联合应用跨理论模式健康教育,干预时间为 6个月。比较两组患者干预前后的自我护理能力 [自护能力测定量表 (ESCA)评分]、肢体运动功能(Fugl-Meyer评分)、生活质量[脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分]的变化。结果 干预6个月后,观察组患者ESCA量表中的自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康知识水平评分及总分分别为(29.56±4.58)分、(28.73±5.48)分、(41.34±10.38)分、(45.83±7.62)分、(145.23±15.36)分,明显高于对照组的(24.56±4.05)分、(25.23±4.88)分、(34.84±9.68)分、(38.84±6.50)分、(123.34±13.62)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预6个月后,观察组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、SS-QOL评分分别为(53.78±9.30)分、(144.09±16.62)分,明显高于对照组的(47.65±7.29)分、(134.22±15.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 跨理论模式健康教育应用于脑梗死可以明显提高患者的自我护理能力,从而有利于促进患者的肢体运动功能恢复及提高生活质量。

Effect of cross theoretical health education on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cerebralinfarction.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of cross theoretical health education on self-care ability and qualityof life in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the De-partment of Neurology, Xi'an Third Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with41 patients in each group. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group was givenroutine health education combined with cross theoretical health education, both for 6 months. The changes of self-careability [Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale (ESCA) score], limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer score), and quality of life[Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL) score] were compared between the two groups before and after inter-vention. Results After the intervention, the scores and total scores of all dimensions of ESCA, including self-concept,self-care responsibility, self-care skills, health knowledge level in the observation group were (29.56 ± 4.58) points,(28.73±5.48) points, (41.34±10.38) points, (45.83±7.62) points, and (145.23±15.36) points, respectively, significantly high-er than (24.56±4.05) points, (25.23±4.88) points, (34.84±9.68) points, (38.84±6.50) points, and (123.34±13.62) points inthe control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the Fugl-Meyer score and SS-QOL score of the observation group were(53.78±9.30) points and (144.09±16.62) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than (47.65±7.29) pointsand (134.22±15.64) points of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of cross theoretical health educa-tion in patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve their self-care ability, which is conducive to the recov-ery of limb motor function and the improvement of quality of life.
