      标题:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下成都市24家区县级医院二级生物安全实验室调查

      【摘要】 目的 了解新型冠状病毒疫情背景下成都市区县级医院二级生物安全实验室现状,为加强疫情期间本地区实验室生物安全管理和有效运行提供科学依据。方法 2021年3月1~15日,以成都市24家区县级医院二级生物安全实验室为调查对象,采用发放电子问卷表的方式进行调查,调查内容包括二级生物安全实验室设施布局及相关配置、生物安全体系建设、安全设备及个体防护、感染控制、医疗废物处理、菌毒种及样本管理等6个方面共计82项内容。结果 24家区县级医院中,三甲医院14家,占58.33%,三乙医院8家,占33.33%,二甲医院2家,占8.33%;实验室工作区噪音≤60 dB仅12家,符合率为50%,实验台设计符合要求的18家,符合率为75%,实验室气体或有害物质排放符合要求的18家,符合率为75%,实验室有关于生物安全政策、法律法规及标准的实验室18家,符合率为75%,工作区穿着佩戴符合要求的14家,符合率仅58.33%。结论 成都市区县级医院二级生物安全实验室设施设备配置、生物安全体系建设、个体防护、感染控制等方面尚存在薄弱环节,应加强二级生物安全实验室管理体系的建设和人员的管理培训,增加实验室的硬件投入和防护用品的配备,重视实验室医疗废弃物的及时、规范的处理,从而提高二级生物安全实验室在应对包括新型冠状病毒肺炎在内的新发、突发传染疾病的生物安全防范能力。

Investigation on secondary biosafety laboratories in 24 district- or county-level hospitals in Chengdu under thebackground of new coronavirus pneumonia.

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status quo of secondary biosafety laboratories in district- or coun-ty-level hospitals in Chengdu City under the background of new coronavirus pneumonia, and to provide scientific basisfor strengthening biosafety management and effective operation of laboratories in the region during the epidemic period.Methods From March 1 to 15, 2021, the secondary biosafety laboratories from 24 district- or county-level hospitals inChengdu were investigated by electronic questionnaire. In the questionnaire, 6 aspects (a total of 82 items) were includ-ed: facility layout and related configuration of secondary biosafety laboratories, biosafety system construction, safetyequipment and individual protection, infection control, medical waste treatment, bacteria and toxin species, and samplemanagement. Results Among the 24 hospitals, there were 14 third-grade class-A hospital (accounting for 58.33%), 8third-grade class-B hospital (33.33%), and 2 second-grade class-A hospital (8.33%). There were 12 hospitals having labo-ratories with noise≤60 dB in working area (with the compliance rate of 50%), 18 hospitals having laboratories with ex-perimental table design meeting requirements (75%), 18 hospitals having laboratories with gas or hazardous materialemissions meeting the requirements (75%), 18 hospitals having laboratories with biosafety policies, laws, and regula-tions and standards (75%), and 14 hospitals having laboratories with the wearing in the work area meeting the require-ments (58.33%). Conclusion There are still weak links in facilities and equipment configuration, biosafety system con-struction, personal protection, infection control and other aspects of second-level biosafety laboratory in district- or coun-ty-level hospitals in Chengdu. It is necessary to strengthen the management system construction and personnel manage-ment training, increase the hardware investment and the allocation of protective articles in the laboratory, and pay atten-tion to the timely and standardized treatment of medical waste in the laboratory, in order to improve biosafety preventioncapacity of the secondary biosafety laboratory in response to emerging and emergent infectious diseases, like new coro-navirus pneumonia.
