      标题:川崎病心血管后遗症的超声应用进展

      【摘要】 川崎病是一种易损害冠状动脉的全身性血管炎,可引起冠状动脉病变、心肌缺血等心血管后遗症。在川崎病超声应用中,不仅可应用二维超声心动图、三维超声心动图、负荷超声心动图、斑点追踪成像、心肌声学造影、超声造影和血管内超声成像评估冠状动脉病变、心肌缺血心功能异常等心血管后遗症,还可应用超声测量颈动脉内膜-中层厚度以评价冠状动脉病变程度及预测未来心血管风险事件。

Application progress of ultrasound in cardiovascular sequelae of Kawasaki disease.

ShantouUniversity Medical College, Shantou 515000, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Kawasaki disease is a systemic vasculitis that easily damages the coronary artery, which can causecardiovascular sequelae such as coronary artery lesions and myocardial ischemia. In the application of ultrasound in Ka-wasaki disease, two-dimensional echocardiography, three-dimensional echocardiography, load echocardiography, speck-le tracking imaging, myocardial contrast echocardiography, contrast echocardiography and intravascular ultrasound imag-ing can be used to evaluate coronary artery disease, myocardial ischemia and cardiac dysfunction and other cardiovascu-lar sequelae. Ultrasound can also be applied to measure the carotid intima-media thickness in order to assess the severityof coronary artery disease and predict future cardiovascular risk events.
