      【摘要】 器官移植是治疗终末期器官衰竭的最佳医疗手段之一。器官移植外科技术的成熟及免疫抑制剂疗法的应用使得移植物的短期存活率达到了较高的水平,但长期存活率并不理想,其主要原因是移植免疫排斥反应。巨噬细胞具有高度的可塑性,在移植免疫排斥中既可以作为炎症的效应细胞促进免疫反应的发生,又可作为免疫调节细胞诱导机体形成免疫耐受,抑制免疫反应的应答。这使巨噬细胞在移植免疫排斥中起到重要作用。因此,巨噬细胞可以作为新的治疗靶点,有希望改善目前器官移植患者及移植物的长期存活现状。

Research progress of macrophages in immune rejection of organ transplantation.

The maturity oforgan transplantation surgery and the application of immunosuppressant therapy have made the short-term survival rateof transplant reaching a higher level, but the long-term survival rate is not ideal, which is mainly due to transplantationimmune rejection. Macrophages have high plasticity, which can not only act as inflammatory effector cells to promotethe occurrence of immune response, but also act as immunoregulatory cells to induce the formation of immune toleranceand inhibit the response of immune response. This makes macrophages play an important role in transplantation immunerejection. Therefore, macrophages can be used as a new therapeutic target, which is hopeful to improve the long-term sur-vival status of organ transplant patients and grafts.
