标题：基于岗位胜任力的“互联网+口袋书”在特需病房患者护理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 研究基于岗位胜任力的“互联网+口袋书”在特需病房患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年6月在中山大学附属第六医院雅和医疗中心任职的45名护士为研究对象，构建特需病房护理岗位胜任力评价指标体系，研发及制作“互联网+口袋书”，并于研究对象中应用。同时随机选择基于岗位胜任力的“互联网+口袋书”护理应用前后90例住院患者，其中，将应用前45例作为对照组，应用后45例作为研究组。于应用6个月后对比应用前后护士的护理质量评分(包括护理服务、病房环境、护理知识及护理操作技术)和两组患者对护理的满意度。结果 应用后护士的护理服务、病房环境、护理知识及护理操作技术得分为(93.81±5.98)分、(88.69±8.02)分、(94.68±5.04)分、(94.27±6.11)分，明显高于应用前的(80.52±7.16)分、(77.36±8.61)分、(81.45±7.55)分、(83.53±7.92)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者对护理的满意度为95.56%，明显高于对照组的77.76%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于岗位胜任力的“互联网+口袋书”应用于特需病房患者的护理中可以显著提升护理人员的护理质量，同时可以改善患者对护理的满意度，值得推广应用。

Application of "Internet + Pocket Book" based on job competence in nursing care of patients in special needswards.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of "Internet + Pocket Book" based on job competence inthe care of patients in special needs wards. Methods Fourty-five nurses who worked in Yahe Medical Center, the SixthAffiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from June 2020 to June 2021 were select as the research objects. A compe-tency evaluation index system for nursing positions in special wards was built and "Internet+Pocket Book" was devel-oped, which were then applied to the research subjects. At the same time, 90 hospitalized patients before and after the ap-plication of "Internet+Pocket Book" nursing based on job competency were randomly selected. Among them, the 45 cas-es before the application were used as the control group, and the 45 cases after the application were used as the studygroup. After 6 months of application, the nursing quality scores (including nursing service, ward environment, nursingknowledge and nursing operation skills) of nurses before and after application and the nursing satisfaction of the twogroups of patients were compared. Results The scores of nursing service, ward environment, nursing knowledge andnursing operation skills of nurses after application were (93.81±5.98) points, (88.69±8.02) points, (94.68±5.04) points,(94.27±6.11) points, which were significnatly higher than (80.52±7.16) points, (77.36±8.61) points, (81.45±7.55) points,(83.53±7.92) points before application (P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the study group with nursing care was95.56%, which was significantly higher than 77.76% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of "In-ternet + Pocket Book" based on job competence in the nursing of patients in special needs wards can significantly im-prove nursing quality scores of nursing staff, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of promo-tion and application.
