      【摘要】 动脉粥样硬化斑块形成是动脉粥样硬化性疾病重要的病理基础，降脂治疗是动脉粥样硬化性疾病治疗的基石。近年来降脂药物种类越来越多，降脂强度越来越高，且随着冠状动脉腔内影像学的广泛应用，越来越多研究证实降脂药物不仅仅能稳定斑块，甚至能“逆转斑块”。同时，降脂药物除了能降低斑块体积外，还能改善斑块组成、抑制炎症反应，从而多方面抑制动脉粥样硬化的进展。本文主要就临床常用降脂药物对动脉粥样硬化斑块体积、组成和炎症反应的影响相关研究进展做一综述。

Effect of lipid-lowering drugs in the management of atherosclerotic plaques.

In recent years, there are more and moretypes of lipid-lowering drugs, and the intensity of lipid-lowering is getting higher and higher. With the wide applicationof coronary intraluminal imaging, more and more studies have confirmed that lipid-lowering drugs can not only stabilizeplaque, but also“reverse plaque”. At the same time, in addition to reducing plaque volume, lipid-lowering drugs can alsoimprove plaque composition and inhibit inflammation, thereby inhibiting the progress of atherosclerosis in many ways.This article mainly reviews the research progress of the effects of lipid-lowering drugs commonly used in clinical prac-tice on the size, composition and inflammation of atherosclerotic plaques.
