标题：云随访平台在创伤性骨折儿童延续性护理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探究云随访平台在创伤性骨折儿童延续性护理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年7~8月深圳市儿童医院收治的375例创伤性骨折儿童的临床资料，按照护理方式的不同将患儿分为对照组174例，研究组201例，对照组患儿行常规出院指导，研究组患儿在常规出院指导基础上加用云随访平台进行延续性护理，两组患儿均随访6个月。比较两组患儿出院后骨折恢复情况及并发症发生率，比较两组患儿家属护理满意度及对骨折护理相关知识的掌握程度。结果 研究组患儿的骨折恢复总有效率为99.50%，明显高于对照组的88.51%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患儿的并发症总发生率为 12.44%，明显低于对照组的32.76%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患儿家属的护理满意度及骨折相关护理知识的掌握率分别为98.01%、93.53%，明显高于对照组的86.21%、63.22%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 云随访平台在创伤性骨折儿童延续性护理中能够有效促进患儿骨折恢复，提高患儿及家属对医务人员的满意度，同时也能够增强家属及患儿对儿童骨折护理相关知识的了解，值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of cloud follow-up platform in continuous nursing ofchildren with traumatic fracture. Methods The clinical data of 375 children with traumatic fracture treated in ShenzhenChildren's Hospital from July 2020 to August 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. According to different nursing meth-ods, the children were divided into the control group (174 cases) and the study group (201 cases).
