      【摘要】 感染性疾病复杂多样,传播性强,时刻威胁着人类的健康。高效准确的病原学鉴定是感染性疾病诊治的关键环节。近年来,宏基因组测序技术在临床上的应用日益广泛。高阳性率、高敏感性以及病原体的无偏倚检测等优势使其更加适用于临床上疑难感染性疾病的诊断。本文主要对宏基因组测序在感染性疾病病原体检测中的应用进行简述,并对其现存的问题进行总结。

Efficient and accurate pathogen identification is a key link in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. Inrecent years, the clinical application of metagenomic next generation sequencing technology has become increasinglywidespread. The advantages of high positive rate, high sensitivity, and unbiased detection of pathogens make it more suit-able for the diagnosis of clinically difficult infectious diseases. This article mainly introduces the application of metage-nomic next generation sequencing in the detection of infectious disease pathogens, and summarizes its existing problems.
