      【摘要】 急性缺血性脑卒中溶栓后的脑缺血再灌注损伤是目前治疗中等待解决的关键问题。受损线粒体会被自噬系统降解(线粒体自噬)。近年来研究发现,线粒体自噬与脑缺血再灌注损伤关系密切,作为线粒体自噬中最主要的途径,PINK1/Parkin介导线粒体自噬在脑缺血再灌注损伤中发挥了重要作用。本文通过对线粒体自噬相关蛋白PINK1/Parkin与脑缺血再灌注损伤的相关性进行综述,以期提供新的研究思路。

Research progress on the correlation between mitochondrial autophagy related proteins and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.

Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi MedicalUniversity, Zunyi 563000, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury after thrombolytic therapy in acute ischemic stroke is a keyproblem waiting to be solved at present. Damaged mitochondria are degraded by the autophagy system (mitochondrialautophagy). In recent years, it has been found that mitochondrial autophagy is closely related to cerebral ischemia-reper-fusion injury. PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitochondrial autophagy, as the most important pathway in mitochondrial autoph-agy, plays an important role in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. This paper reviews the correlation between PINK1/Parkin and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, in order to provide new research ideas.
