      标题:深圳市未成年人干化学肾功能检测指标参考区间调查

      【摘要】 目的 建立深圳市健康未成年人干化学血清尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Creatinine,Cr)、尿酸(Uric acid,UA)
的参考区间。方法 使用干化学分析系统检测 1 401例(男 760例,女 641例) 3个月~18周岁健康未成年人血清
标本,分析各年龄、性别组肾功能检测结果。结果 ① 7~12岁组的Urea、Cr,13~18岁组的Urea、Cr、UA男、女组
间检测结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),均为男童高于女童,其余项目男、女童间检测结果比较差异均无
统计学意义(P>0.05);② 3种项目检测结果均随年龄的增长而增加,不同年龄组间检测结果比较差异均有统计
学意义(P<0.05),其中 4~6岁组与 7~12岁组、7~12岁组与 13~18岁组的Urea检测结果比较差异均无统计学意义
(P>0.05),其余各年龄间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);③ Urea的参考区间为:3个月~3岁组1.3~6.1 mmol/L、
3~18岁组2.1~7.1 mmol/L,Cr的参考区间为:3个月~3岁组14.6~56.5 ?mol/L、4~6岁组27.2~52.5 ?mol/L、7~12岁组
27.5~60.1 ?mol/L、13~18岁男童组30.5~103.5 ?mol/L、13~18岁女童组29.2~88.6 ?mol/L,UA的参考区间为:3个月~
6岁组 144.6~378.5 ?mol/L、7~12岁组 165.5~429.9 ?mol/L、13~18岁男童组 185.9~465.7 ?mol/L、13~18岁女童组
159.9~429.1 ?mol/L。结论 建立起深圳地区健康未成年人干化学肾功能检测指标的参考区间。

Investigation on reference intervals of kidney function tests among healthy children and adolescents based on dry
chemical system in Shenzhen.

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the reference intervals of urea, creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA) on dry chemi-
cal system among healthy children and adolescents in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 1 401 blood samples from 760 male
and 641 female healthy children and adolescents aged from 3 months to 18 years were collected. Kidney function tests in
venous blood were detected by the VITROS 350 system, and data were analyzed by statistical methods. Results ① The
urea, Cr of 7~12 years old boys and urea, Cr, UA of 13~18 years old boys were significantly higher than those in girls
(P<0.05). The remaining items showed no significant differences between boys and girls (P>0.05). ② The reference in-
tervals of 3 items were increased with age, showing significant differences in different age groups (P<0.05). However,
urea showed no significant difference between 4~6 years group and 7~12 years group, as well as between 7~12 years
group and 13~18 years group. ③ The reference intervals of serum urea were 1.3~6.1 mmol/L for 3 months to 3 years
group, 2.1~7.1 mmol/L for 3~18 years group. The reference intervals of Cr were 14.6~56.5 μmol/L for 3 months to 3
years group, 27.2~52.5 μmol/L for 4~6 years group, 27.5~60.1 μmol/L for 7~12 years group, 30.5~103.5 μmol/L for
13~18 years group (male), and 29.2~88.6 μmol/L for 13~18 years group (female). The reference intervals of UA were
144.6~378.5 μmol/L for 3 months to 6 years group, 165.5~429.9 μmol/L for 7~12 years group, 185.9~465.7 μmol/L for
13~18 years group (male), and 159.9~429.1 μmol/L for 13~18 years group (female). Conclusion The reference inter-
vals of urea, Cr, UA were established on dry chemical system among healthy children and adolescents in Shenzhen.
