      【摘要】 目的 评价硝酸镓和多黏菌素B对临床分离的耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌生长的抑制作用,分析其抗
菌机制。方法 采用微量稀释法检测硝酸镓和多黏菌素B对20株耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌的抑制作用,观察两者
联合应用的抑菌情况。结果 试验菌株对硝酸镓和多黏菌素B均敏感,硝酸镓对试验菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均为
16 μmol/L,多黏菌素B对试验菌株的MIC均为≤2.0 μg/ml,两者联合应用对耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌生长有协
同抑菌作用。结论 硝酸镓和多黏菌素B对耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌有明显抑菌效果,有望成为控制其蔓延感
染有效的治疗药物,为临床治疗这类难治细菌感染提供药物选择。

Inhibitory effect of gallium nitrate and polymyxin B on the growth of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter
baumannii.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ability of gallium nitrate and polymyxin B for inhibiting the growth of
carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from patients, and to analyze their mechanisms. Methods The
inhibitory activity of gallium nitrate and polymyxin B against 20 carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains
was tested by using microtiter plates. The activity of the combination of gallium nitrate and polymyxin B was also ob-
served. Results The tested strains were sensitive to gallium nitrate and polymyxin B. The minimum inhibitory concen-
tration (MIC) of gallium nitrate was 16 μmol/L, and the MIC of polymyxin B was less than 2.0 μg/ml. Synergistic inhibi-
tory effect for carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii was observed when gallium nitrate and polymyxin B were
applied in combination. Conclusion The bacteriostasis of gallium nitrate and polymyxin B for carbapenem-resistant
Acinetobacter baumannii was obvious. It could be used for controlling the infection of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter
baumannii.
