      【摘要】 目的 探讨脑卒中患者血清非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)对氧化应激的影响及其与脑卒中发
生发展的关系。方法 选取2013年8月至2014年7月在本院神经科住院的脑卒中患者123例,其中缺血性脑卒中
(IS) 58例,出血性脑卒中(ICH) 65例,选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,分别测定其血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶
(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TCH)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和全血糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),计算出
non-HDL-C值,并进行相关性分析。结果 123例脑卒中患者血清 non-HDL-C、MDA和HbA1c水平明显升高,而
HDL-C水平和GSH-Px活性显著降低,分别与健康对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。经Pearson
相关分析,脑卒中患者血清MDA浓度与non-HDL-C、HbA1c呈相关性,与GSH-Px无相关。结论 非高密度脂蛋白
胆固醇、氧化应激指标水平与脑卒中发生的危险性密切相关,它们的检测可提示确切的脑卒中的发病过程,对临床
诊断治疗和预防具有指导意义。

Effect of serum non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol on oxidative stress and its correlation with cerebral
stroke.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of serum non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C)
level on oxidative stress, and to investigate its correlation with the occurrence and development of cerebral stroke.
Methods A total of 123 patients with cerebral stroke in the Department of Neurology in our hospital from Aug. 2013
to Jul. 2014 were enrolled in the study, including 58 patients with ischemic stroke (IS group) and 65 patients with intrace-
rebral hemorrhage (ICH group). Fifty healthy persons were selected as the control group. The concentration of serum glu-
tathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehyde (MDA), total cholesterol (TCH), high density lipoprotein cholesterol
(HDL-C), and glycosylated hemoglobin Alc (HbAlc) were detected. Then the non-HDL-C content was calculated, and
correlation analysis was performed. Results The non-HDL-C, MDA and HbA1c levels were significantly higher in IS
group and ICH group than the control group, while the levels of HDL-C and GSH-Px were significantly lower than those
in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed
that MDA in patients with cerebral stroke was related to non-HDC-C and HbAlc, but not to GSH-Px. Conclusion The
levels of non-HDL-C and oxidative stress are closely related to the risk of cerebral stroke, which indicate the pathogene-
sis of cerebral stroke and have great significance to the prevention and treatment of the disease.
