标题：CIK细胞免疫治疗对消化系统晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量及免疫状态的影响

      【摘要】 目的 评估细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞(CIK)治疗晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤对患者生活质量及免疫功能的
影响。方法 选择2010年1月至2014年12月武汉市五医院肿瘤中心治疗的64例晚期消化系统肿瘤患者，采用自
体单采CIK细胞回输治疗，评估治疗前后患者的生活质量(KPS评分、睡眠、疼痛、饮食)、辅助检查(肿瘤标志物、肝
功能、肿瘤大小、腹腔积液)及淋巴细胞亚群状况，并观察治疗的毒副作用。结果 64例患者CIK细胞治疗后的
KPS评分、睡眠、疼痛、饮食、肿瘤标志物水平有改善，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；患者的肝功能，
肿瘤大小、腹腔积液、淋巴细胞亚群治疗后无明显改善，与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；11例次出现寒
颤发热等不良反应。结论 CIK治疗晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤，毒副作用小，可以一定程度的改善患者KPS评分、睡
眠、疼痛、饮食及肿瘤标志物水平。肝功能、肿瘤负荷、腹腔积液、免疫功能状态在治疗后无明显获益。

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effects of cytkine induced killer (CIK) immunotherapy on quality of life
and immune function in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Sixty-four patients with advanced gas-
trointestinal cancer in Wuhan Fifth Hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were treated with CIK immunothera-
py. The quality of life (Karnofsky, sleeping, pain, diet), auxiliary examinations (tumor marker, liver function, tumor size,
ascites), and status of leukomonocyte subgroup were evaluated before and after CIK treantment. Side effects were ob-
served during treatment. Results In the 64 patients, Karnofsky, sleeping, pain, diet and tumor marker levels were all im-
proved significantly after CIK treantment, compared with those before CIK treatment (P<0.05). There was no statistical-
ly significant difference between before and after CIK treatment in liver function, tumor size, ascites and leukomonocyte
subgroup (P>0.05). Eleven patients suffered from adverse reactions of fever and chill. Conclusion CIK immunothera-
py can improve Karnofsky, sleep, pain, diet, and tumor marker levels for patients of advanced gastrointestinal cancer,
with no serious side effects. No significant benefit has been obtained after CIK treatment in liver function, tumor size, as-
cites and immune function.
