      标题:成年近视人群黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度、脉络膜厚度与眼轴长度、等效球镜的相关性

      【摘要】 目的 探讨不同程度成年近视患者黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(MFRT)、脉络膜厚度(SFCT)与眼轴长度(AL)、等效球镜(SE)的关系。方法 选取2017年12月至2019年6月在西安市第一医院眼科门诊治疗屈光不正的成年患者118例(共204眼),根据SE值将其分为低、中、高、超高度近视4组,采用频域光学相干断层扫描增强扫描技术测量受试人群MFRT及SFCT,比较各组之间差异,分析其与AL及SE之间的关系。结果 AL与SE (r=-0.939,P<0.01)、MFRT (r=-0.21,P<0.01)、SFCT (r=-0.685,P<0.01)呈负相关;SE 与 MFRT (r=0.220,P<0.01)、SFCT (r=0.734,P<0.01)呈正相关;采用单因素方差分析结果显示,四组之间SFCT度及AL比较差异均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);经逐步回归分析方法分析结果显示,影响MFRT的主要因素依次为 SE、AL及 SFCT (P<0.05),而影响SFCT的主要因素依次为SE、AL及MFRT (P<0.05)。结论 眼轴增长及等效球镜值变小是黄斑中心凹视网膜及脉络膜变薄的主要原因。

Correlation of retinal thickness of macular fovea and subfoveal choroidal thickness with axial length andspherical equivalent in adult myopia.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between retinal thickness of macular fovea (MFRT), sub-foveal choroidal thickness (SFCT) and axial length (AL), spherical equivalent (SE) in adult myopia of different degrees.Methods A total of 118 patients with myopia (204 eyes) were enrolled from December 2017 to June 2019 in Depart-ment of Ophthalmology, Xi'an No.1 Hospital. According to SE, the patients were divided into four groups: low, middle,high myopia, and super-high myopia. Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) with enhanced depth imagingmodel was used to measure the SFCT and MFRT of each group. The differences among the groups were compared, andthe relationship between AL and SE was analyzed. Results AL was negatively correlated with SE (r=-0.939, P<0.01),MFRT (r=-0.21, P<0.01), and SFCT (r=-0.685, P<0.01). SE was positively correlated with MFRT (r=0.220, P<0.01) andSFCT (r=0.734, P<0.01). One-way ANOVA showed that SFCT and AL of macular fovea were significantly differentamong the four groups (P<0.01). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing MFRT were SE,AL, and SFCT (P<0.05). The main factors affecting SFCT were SE, AL and MFRT (P<0.05). Conclusion The maincauses of retinal and choroid thinning in macular fovea were the enlargement of ocular axis and the decrease of sphericalequivalent.
