标题：单角子宫不孕妇女行 IVF/ICSI-ET助孕妊娠结局分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨体外受精/单精子卵胞浆注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)在单角子宫不孕妇女治疗中的应用价值。方法 选取2017年6月至2020年6月在西北妇女儿童医院就诊的87例单角子宫不孕妇女作为观察组，同时选取正常子宫形态不孕妇女87例作为对照组，两组妇女均给予 IVF/ICSI-ET治疗，比较两组的治疗效果、促性腺激素(Gn)总用量、扳机日(HCG日)内膜厚度、流产率等差异。结果 观察组妇女的Gn总用量为(2 022.45±512.23) IU，明显高于对照组的(1 810.15±554.46) IU，而HCG日内膜厚度为(10.98±1.01) mm，明显低于对照组的(12.01±1.82) mm，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组妇女的HCG日雌二醇、促黄体生成素和孕酮比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组和对照组妇女的获卵数、MⅡ率、受精率、优胚率和囊胚数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组妇女的流产率为 40.28%，明显高于对照组的13.58%，而活产率为41.86%，明显低于对照组的62.86%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组妇女的临床妊娠率、早产率和双胎妊娠率以及新生儿出生体质量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 单角子宫对 IVF/ICSI-ET治疗时促排卵及胚胎无明显影响，但对妊娠结局有一定影响。

Pregnancy outcome of infertile women with uterus unicornis undergoing in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmicsperm injection embryo transfer.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection embryotransfer (IVF/ICSI-ET) in the treatment of infertile women with uterus unicornis.Methods Eighty-seven infertile wom-en with uterus unicornis in Northwest Women's and Children's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected asthe observation group, and 87 infertile women with normal uterine morphology were selected as the control group. Bothgroups were given IVF/ICSI-ET treatment. The therapeutic effect, total dosage of gonadotropin (Gn), intimal thicknesson hCG day, and abortion rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total dosage of Gn in the observa-tion group was (2 022.45±512.23) IU, which was significantly higher than (1 810.15±554.46) IU of the control group (P<0.05); the intimal thickness on HCG day was (10.98±1.01) mm, which was significantly lower than (12.01±1.82) mm ofthe control group; the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in estradi-ol, luteinizing hormone and progesterone between the observation group and control group on HCG day (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of oocytes, MⅡ rate, fertilization rate, excellent embryo rate, andblastocyst number between the observation group and control group (P>0.05). The abortion rate of the observationgroup were 40.28%, which were significantly higher than 13.58% of the control group, and live birth rate was 41.86%,which were significantly lower than 62.86% of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Therewas no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate, preterm birth rate, and twin pregnancy rate, birth weight betweenthe observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Uterus unicornis has no significant effect on ovula-tion induction and embryo development during IVF/ICSI-ET treatment, but it has certain effect on pregnancy outcome.
