      【摘要】 目的 探讨人格特质测试在医院新招聘医务人员中的应用效果,为医护人员的使用与培养提供科学
依据。方法 于2014年5月采取分层整群随机抽样方法对海南省人民医院238名(其中硕博士77名归类为医务科
技人员,本专科 151名归类为普通医务人员)新招聘医务人员使用人格问卷-加利福尼亚心理调查表(CPI)作为工
具,测试其人格特质,并对医务人员的人格特质进行基本描述。结果 在20个分量表的测试中,238名新招聘医务
人员的责任心(RE)、社会化(SO)、自我控制(SC)、好印象(GI)、适意感(WB)、支配性(DO)、进取能力(CS)、社交性(SY)、
社交风度(SP)、自我接受(SA)、独立性(IN)、通情(EM)、顺从成就(AC)、独立成就(AI)、智力效率(IE)、心理感受性
(PY)、灵活性(FX)等17个分量表的平均得分上均明显高于全国常模组,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。而医务
科技人员在SC、DO、CS、SP、SA、AI、IE和PY等9个分量表的平均得分上明显高于普通医务人员,差异均有显著统
计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 得出海南省人民医院新招聘各个专业医务人员之间的人格特质差别,为医院人才的培
养和利用上做到有的放矢,为最终科学地建立海南省医学人才人格特质考评体系奠定必要的工作基础。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of personality traits test on the newly recruited medical staff in hos-
pital, and to provide a scientific basis for the application and training of medical staff. Methods Since May 2104, the
personality traits of 238 newly recruited medical personnel (77 Masters or Doctors classified as the medical science and
technology personnel, 151 junior college and undergraduate students classified as the ordinary medical staff) of People's
Hospital of Hainan Province were investigated by the stratified cluster random sampling method according to personality
questionnaires-California Psychological Questionnaire (CPI). Results Seventeen of 20 subscales, including responsibil-
ity (RE), socialization (SO), self-control (SC), good impression (GI), sense of well-being (WB), dominance (DO), and
capacity for status (CS), sociability (SY), social presence (SP), self-acceptance (SA), independence (IN), empathy (EM),
achievement via conformance (AC), achievement via independence (AI), intellectual efficiency (IE) , psychologi-
cal-mindedness (PY) and flexibility (FX) were significantly higher than the national norm group (P<0.01). The scores of
SC, DO, CS, SP, SA, AI, IE, PY of medical science and technology personnel were significantly higher than those of or-
dinary medical staff (P<0.01). Conclusion In this study, we concluded the differences of personality traits in the new
recruits of People's Hospital of Hainan Province, which lay the essential work foundation for the final establishment of
Hainan medical personality traits assessment system, and is helpful for the hospital talent cultivation and utilization.
