标题：针刺联合经颅磁刺激治疗对孤独症谱系障碍患儿临床疗效、症状评分及认知功能的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨针刺联合经颅磁刺激治疗对孤独症谱系障碍患儿临床疗效、症状评分及认知功能的影响。方法 回顾性分析2017年2月至2020年2月在西安中医脑病医院脑病十科治疗的107例孤独症谱系障碍患儿的临床资料，根据治疗方案不同分为观察组52例(经颅磁刺激联合针刺疗法)和对照组55例(经颅磁刺激治疗)。比较两组患者治疗3个月后的临床疗效、孤独症谱系障碍儿童行为检查量表(ABC)评分、发育商评分(DQ)及社会生活能力评分。结果 观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为88.46%，明显高于对照组的72.73%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组患者的ABC评分明显下降，且观察组患者的感觉、交往、语言、躯体运动、生活自理评分下降幅度明显大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组患者的DQ评分明显升高，且观察组患者的大动作、适应能力、社交、精细动作、语言评分升高幅度明显大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组患者的社会生活能力评分较治疗前明显升高，且观察组为(7.25±1.10)分，明显高于对照组的(5.21±0.96)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 孤独症谱系障碍患儿予以针灸联合经颅磁刺激治疗可改善患儿临床症状、认知功能障碍，有利于患儿恢复社会生活能力，具有临床实用价值。

Effect of acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the clinical efficacy, symptom score, andcognitive function of children with autism spectrum disorder.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation onthe clinical efficacy, symptom score, and cognitive function of children with autism spectrum disorder. Methods Theclinical data of 107 children with autism spectrum disorder who were treated in The Tenth Department of Encephalopathy,Xi'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy Hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were retrospectivelyanalyzed. According to the different treatment plans, they were divided into the observation group (transcranial magnet-ic stimulation combined acupuncture therapy, 52 cases) and the control group (transcranial magnetic stimulation treat-ment, 55 cases). The clinical efficacy, autism behaviour checklist (ABC) scores, Development Quotient (DQ) scores,and social life ability scores of patients with autism spectrum disorder between the two groups were compared 3months after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was88.46%, which was significantly higher than 72.73% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ABC scores ofthe two groups decreased significantly, and the sensory, communication, language, physical movement, and self-carescores of the observation group decreased significantly than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the DQscores of the two groups increased significantly. And the major movement, adaptability, social interaction, fine move-ment, and language scores of the observation group increased significantly than those of the control group (P<0.05). Af-ter treatment, the scores in social life ability of patients in the two groups were significantly higher than those beforetreatment, and the score of the observation group was (7.25±1.10) points, which was significantly higher than (5.21±0.96) points of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulationfor children with autism spectrum disorder can improve the children's clinical symptoms and cognitive dysfunction,which is beneficial to the recovery of children's social life ability and has clinical practical value.
