      【摘要】 目的 了解海南省橡胶工人恶性肿瘤发病率和病死率变化趋势及其死亡特征，为其恶性肿瘤防治提
供参考资料。方法 调查分析海南省 10个橡胶农场 2006-2015年间恶性肿瘤分布情况、发病率和病死率变化趋
势，并分析恶性肿瘤死亡特征。结果 10个橡胶农场恶性肿瘤发病率在2006-2014年期间呈现升高趋势，肿瘤发
病率由 1.35%上升至 2.39%，但 2015年较 2014年稍有降低，为 2.31%，而病死率在 2006-2015年期间均呈现升高趋
势；肺癌、肝癌、胃癌发病和病死人数构成比均较高；男性、年龄≥50岁、硫化工、工作年限≥10年人群中恶性肿瘤死
亡构成比最高，而女性、年龄≥20岁，且＜35岁、其他工种、工作年限≤3年者恶性肿瘤死亡构成比稍低。结论 海
南省橡胶工人恶性肿瘤发病率和病死率近10年来呈现明显增长趋势，以肺癌、肝癌和胃癌危害最大，且在男性、年
龄≥50岁、硫化工、工作年限≥10年者死亡风险最高，应对此类橡胶工人加强防治和关注力度。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the morbidity of malignant tumors and mortality trends in
rubber workers in Hainan province, as well as their death characteristics, in order to provide reference for the control and
treatment of malignant tumors. Methods The malignant tumor distribution, morbidity and mortality trends of ten rub-
ber farms from 2006 to 2015 in Hainan province were investigated and analyzed. Then the death characteristics of malig-
nant tumor were analyzed, in order to provide reference data for prevention and treatment of malignant tumor of rubber
workers in Hainan province. Results The incidence of malignant tumors in the 10 rubber farms showed a trend of in-
crease from 1.35% to 2.39% during 2006-2014, which was then decreased to 2.31% in 2015. The mortality from 2006 to
2015 showed a rising trend. The incidence and mortality rates of lung cancer, liver cancer and gastric cancer were the
highest. The mortality rates of malignant tumor in rubber workers of male, age more than or equal to 50 years old, sulfur
chemical industry, work experience more than or equal to 10 years were the highest, while the mortality rates of malig-
nant tumor in rubber workers of female, age more than or equal to 20 years and less than 35 years old, other types of
work, work experience less than or equal to 3 years were slightly lower. Conclusion The incidence and mortality of
malignant tumors in Hainan province are significantly increased in the last 10 years, with the greatest risk in lung cancer,
liver cancer and stomach cancer. The death risk in male, age more than or equal to 50 years, sulfur chemical industry,
work experience more than or equal to 10 years is highest, and such rubber workers should be paid special attention to.
