标题：抗击新冠肺炎一线护士在三级防护状态下工作体验的质性研究

      【摘要】 目的 访谈抗击新冠肺炎一线护士在三级防护状态下的工作体验，了解在公共卫生事件中护士的工作状态，为今后应对突发公卫事件、改善护士工作状态提供依据。方法 采用现象学研究方法，对上海市第六批驰援武汉抗击新冠肺炎的10名护士进行深度访谈，运用 Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果 抗击新冠肺炎一线护士在三级防护状态下工作体验共提炼出生理体验和心理体验两个主题及相关亚主题各三个，生理体验包括工作强度大、体力消耗巨大，防护设备造成的不舒适，形象上的改变；心理体验包括紧张焦虑、使命感、成就感、团队及社会支持的温暖。结论 抗击新冠肺炎一线护士在三级防护状态下的工作体验在生理和心理方面均有体现，需多方支持协助，共同维护一线护士的身心健康，以保证抗疫工作的顺利开展。

A qualitative study on the work experience of the first-line nurses in the three-level protection state againstCOVID-19.

【Abstract】 Objective To interview for describing the work experience of the front-line nurses in the three-lev-el protection state against COVID-19 and understanding the working status of the nurses during public health incidents,so as to provide a basis for responding to emergency public health incidents in the future and improving the working sta-tus of nurses. Methods Phenomenological research method was adopted to conduct in-depth interviews with the sixthbatch of 10 nurses in Shanghai who rushed to Wuhan to fight against COVID-19. The Colaizzi's seven-step analysis wasused to sort and analyze the data. Results According to the work experience of the first-line nurses fighting against CO-VID-19 in the three-level protection state, a total of two themes of physical experience and psychological experienceand three related sub-themes had been extracted. Among them, the physiological experience included heavy work intensi-ty and physical consumption, discomfort caused by protective equipment, and changes in appearance; the psychologicalexperience included tension and anxiety, sense of mission and achievement, and the warmth of team and social support.Conclusion The work experience of the front-line nurses in the three-level protection against COVID-19 is reflectedin both physical and psychological aspects. Multiple supports and assistance are required to jointly maintain the physicaland mental health of the front-line nurses to ensure the smooth implementation of the anti-epidemic work.
