      标题:基于行为诱导法的个性化心理护理对儿童口腔治疗配合度的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨基于行为诱导法的个性化心理护理对儿童口腔治疗配合度的影响。方法 选择2020年2月至2021年2月在广东省妇幼保健院口腔科接受治疗的120例患儿为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组患儿给予常规护理干预,观察组患儿给予基于行为诱导法的个性化心理护理,均持续护理至治疗结束。护理结束后,比较两组患儿的配合度、恐惧情况、护理前和护理后医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HAD)评分以及家属的满意度。结果 观察组患儿的总配合度为88.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗期间的恐惧发生率为18.33%,明显低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患儿的HAD-A、HAD-D评分分别为(7.11±1.65)分、(6.44±1.58)分,明显低于对照组的(9.30±1.78)分、(8.20±1.71)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属的满意度为 91.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于行为诱导法的个性化心理护理可明显提高儿童口腔治疗的配合度,治疗效果明显,可减少患儿恐惧、焦虑、抑郁等发生率,提高家属满意度,值得临床推广。

Effect of individualized psychological nursing based on behavior induction method on the cooperation degree ofchildren's oral therapy.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of individualized psychological nursing based on behavior inductionmethod on the cooperation degree of children's oral therapy. Methods A total of 120 children treated in Department ofStomatology, Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as theresearch objects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 60 patients in eachgroup. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given individualizedpsychological nursing based on behavior induction method, which received continuous nursing until the end of treat-ment. After nursing, the degree of cooperation, fear situation, and the change of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD) score before and after nursing, and the family satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The totaldegree of cooperation in the observation group was 88.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the controlgroup (P<0.05). The incidence of fear in the observation group was 18.33%, which was significantly lower than 40.00%in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the HAD-A and HAD-D scores in the observation group were (7.11 ±1.65) points and (6.44±1.58) points, which were significantly lower than (9.30±1.78) points and (8.20±1.71) points ofthe control group (P<0.05). The family satisfaction in the observation group was 91.67%, which was significantly higherthan 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing based on behavior induc-tion method can significantly improve the cooperation degree of children's oral treatment, with obvious treatment effect.It can reduce the incidence of fear, anxiety and depression in children, and improve family satisfaction, which is worthyof clinical promotion.
