      【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是一种由新型冠状病毒感染引起的、人群普遍易感的呼吸道传染病。由于其传染性强,无症状感染者和重症患者同时存在,如果不加以控制,重症病例数积累到一定程度就会出现医疗挤兑,使死亡率迅速升高,进而对全人类的生命健康造成严重的危害。现有研究表明,社会因素在COVID-19的流行过程中起着重要的调节作用。为了量化社会文化因素对COVID-19传播的影响,本研究详细综述了人口、经济、政治、文化等社会因素对COVID-19传播的影响,并展望了从社会文化视角进行定量研究的可能性和必要性,从而为进一步探索COVID-19传播的社会流行病学模式提供科学依据。

Influence of social factors on the transmission of COVID-19.

College of Humanities and Management, Guilin Medical College, Guilin 541100, Guangxi, CHINA【Abstract】 Novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) is a respiratory infectious disease caused by a novelcoronavirus infection with widespread susceptibility in the population. Because of its strong contagion, asymptomatic in-fections and severe cases coexist. If it is not controlled, medical crowding will occur when the number of severe casesaccumulated to a certain extent, which will cause a rapid increase in mortality, and cause serious harm to the life andhealth of all human beings. Existing studies suggest that social factors play an important moderating role in the preva-lence of COVID-19. In order to quantify the influence of sociocultural factors on the spread of COVID-19, this studyreviews the influence of sociocultural factors such as demography, economy, politics and culture on the spread of COV-ID-19 in detail and looks forward to the possibility and necessity of quantitative studies from a sociocultural perspec-tive, thus providing a scientific basis for further exploration of the socio-epidemiological patterns of COVID-19 trans-mission.
