      【摘要】 近年研究发现,α7亚型乙酰胆碱受体(α7nAChR)在许多病理生理学过程中起关键作用,其病理生理学过程涉及炎症调控、血管重塑等多个方面。然而,α7nAChR的异常调节与动脉粥样硬化形成密切相关。实际上,α7nAChR在抗炎和血管新生作用中就像一把双刃剑。文章综述了α7nAChR在动脉粥样硬化炎症反应、斑块内新生血管中的作用及对动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的影响,为动脉粥样硬化的治疗提供新的思考。

Research progress of α7-nicotinic acetylcholine receptor and the stability of atherosclerotic plaques.

The Second Clinical Medical College 2, Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guiyang 550003, Guizhou,CHINA【Abstract】 In recent years, it has been found that a7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (a7nAChR) plays a key rolein many pathophysiological processes and its pathophysiological process involves inflammatory regulation, vascular re-modeling and other aspects. However, the abnormal regulation of a7nAChR is closely related to the formation of athero-sclerosis. In fact, a7nAChR is like a double-edged sword in anti-inflammatory and angiogenesis. This paper reviews therole of a7nAChR in the inflammatory response, neovascularization, and stability of atherosclerotic plaque, in order toprovide new ideas and theories for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
