      【摘要】 神经系统疾病是导致人类残疾和死亡的主要原因,近几年已经确定了多种信号通路在神经退行性疾病发病机制中的作用。研究表明虾青素对多种神经系统疾病有治疗潜力,如阿尔兹海默症、帕金森病、抑郁症、脑梗死等。虾青素是一种强氧化型类胡萝卜素,具有强抗氧化、抗炎症、抗凋亡的能力,对神经元有一定的保护作用。虾青素不仅有望成为多靶点治疗的药物,而且能阻止神经元炎症、氧化应激和凋亡。本文综述了虾青素对神经元的保护作用方面的研究。

Research progress of Assistantship in protecting effect on neurons.

School of Life Sciences, Hainan Normal University, Haikou 571158, Hainan, CHINA【Abstract】 Neurological diseases are the leading cause of disability and death in humans. The role of various sig-naling pathways in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases has been identified in recent years. Studies haveshown that astaxanthin (AST) has the potential to treat a variety of neurological diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease, depression, cerebral infarction. Astaxanthin is a strong oxidizing carotenoid, which has strong anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic abilities, and also has a certain protective effect on neurons. Astaxanthin isnot only expected to be a multi-target therapy drug, but also can effectively inhibit neuronal inflammation, oxidativestress and apoptosis. This paper reviews the research on the protective effects of astaxanthin on neurons.
