标题：滚针联合卤米松乳膏治疗风湿热蕴型局限性神经性皮炎疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察滚针与卤米松乳膏联用治疗风湿热蕴型局限性神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年3月至2020年5月期间在上海市嘉定区中医医院皮肤科门诊就诊的104例风湿热蕴型局限性神经性皮炎患者，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组52例。观察组患者采用滚针联合卤米松乳膏外用治疗，对照组仅采用卤米松乳膏外用治疗，均治疗两周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的皮损症状积分、皮肤生理指标的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为88.46%，明显高于对照组的67.31%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者的瘙痒程度、皮损形态和皮损面积积分分别为2 (0，2)分、2 (0，2)分、2 (0，4)分，明显低于对照组的3 (2，4)分、2 (2，2)分、4 (2，4)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者的皮肤油脂含量和角质层含水量指标分别为(22.82±1.00) au、(27.57±1.15) au，明显高于对照组的(17.05±1.07) au、(22.75±1.46) au，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗过程中，两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论 滚针联合卤米松乳膏外用治疗风湿热蕴型局限性神经性皮炎疗效确切，且优于单独卤米松外用。

Clinical efficacy of microneedling therapy combined with halometasone cream for neurodermitis ofwind-dampness-heat accumulation type.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microneedling therapy combined with halometasonecream in treating neurodermitis of wind-dampness-heat accumulation type. Methods One hundred and four patientswith neurodermitis of wind-dampness-heat accumulation type treated in Outpatient Department of Dermatology, JiadingDistrict Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to May 2020 were randomized into an observationgroup (52 cases) and a control group (52 cases) by random number table method. Patients in the observation group wereintervened by microneedling therapy combined with halometasone cream for external use, while those in the controlgroup were only treated with halometasone cream for external use, with 2 weeks as a course of treatment. The clinical ef-ficacy, changes of the syndrome score, skin barrier function parameters, and the adverse reactions of the two groups wereobserved after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.46% in the observation group, significantly higherthan 67.31% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, scores of itching, Lesion morphology, and area of skin lesionin the observation group were 2 (0,2) points, 2 (0, 2) points, and 2 (0, 4) points, which were significantly lower than cor-responding 3 (2, 4) points, 2 (2, 2) points, and 4 (2, 4) points in the control group (all P<0.05).
