标题：聚焦解决护理模式对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者骨折愈合及并发症的影响

      【摘要】 目的 探讨聚焦解决护理模式对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者骨折愈合及并发症的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2020年12月空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的80例老年骨质疏松性骨折(股骨颈骨折)患者为研究对象，均行全髋关节置换术治疗，根据随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合聚焦解决护理模式干预，干预时间均为两周。比较两组患者干预前后医院焦虑抑郁表(HADS)评分，术前、术后3个月Harris髋关节评分、骨折愈合和并发症发生情况。结果 护理干预后，观察组患者的HADS量表中焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(6.36±1.04)分、(5.21±0.89)分，明显低于对照组的(8.93±1.17)分、(7.85±1.24)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后 3个月Harris评分为(89.64±5.19)分，明显高于对照组的(77.43±5.28)分，骨折愈合优良率为100.0%，明显高于对照组的85.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的并发症发生率为2.5%，明显低于对照组的15.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 聚焦解决护理模式可降低老年骨质疏松性骨折患者并发症发生率，提高骨折愈合效果。

Effect of solution-focused nursing mode on fracture healing and complications of elderly patients with osteoporoticfracture.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of solution-focused nursing mode on fracture healing and compli-cations of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture(femoral neck fracture) who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, all of whom were treated with total hip arthroplasty. Thepatients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given solution-fo-cused nursing based on the control group, both for 2 weeks. The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) scoreswere compared before and after intervention between the two groups, as well as the Harris Hip Scores before and 3months after surgery, fracture healing, and complications. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of anxiety, anddepression in the HADS scale of the observation group was (6.36 ± 1.04) points and (5.21 ± 0.89) points, respectively,which were significantly lower than corresponding (8.93±1.17) points and (7.85±1.24) points in the control group (P<0.05). The Harris score of the observation group was (89.64±5.19) points at 3 months after operation, which was signifi-cantly higher than (77.43±5.28) points in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of fracture healing was100.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 85.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The inci-dence of complications was 2.50% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 15.0% in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Solution-focused nursing mode can reduce the incidence of complications in elderly pa-tients with osteoporotic fracture and improve the healing effect of fracture.
