      【摘要】 出血性卒中主要包括脑内出血和蛛网膜下腔出血,是由脑血管破裂引发的一种急性中枢神经系统疾病。目前除了手术治疗,尚未发现有效地促进恢复的长期干预治疗方法。趋化因子是一类分子量较小的细胞因子,能够调节免疫细胞的迁移。近年来,许多研究证明趋化因子在出血性卒中中的生理或病理条件下发挥关键的调控作用。本文系统综述了目前趋化因子及其受体在出血性卒中中的研究进展,探讨其具体的作用机制,以期为出血性卒中提供新的治疗策略。

Advances of chemokines and their receptors in hemorrhagic stroke.

Department of Cerebrovascular Disease, Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 563000,Guizhou,CHINA【Abstract】 Hemorrhagic stroke, which mainly included intracerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage,was an acute central nervous system disease caused by cerebrovascular rupture. Except for surgical treatment, nolong-term intervention therapy had been found to effectively promote recovery. Chemokines were a class of cytokines witha small molecular weight that could regulate the migration of immune cells. In recent years, many studies had proved thatchemokines played a key regulatory role in the physiological or pathological conditions of hemorrhagic stroke. This articlesystematically reviewed the current research progress of chemokines and their receptors in hemorrhagic stroke, discussedtheir specific mechanism of action, and hoped to provide new treatment strategies for hemorrhagic stroke.
