      标题:核磁共振与高频彩超对乳腺占位良恶性的诊断价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨核磁共振与高频彩超诊断乳腺占位良恶性的效能。方法 选取2019年1~12月于陕西省中医医院和空军军医大学唐都医院治疗的94例女性乳腺占位性病变患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受核磁共振、高频彩超检查,将术前诊断结果与术后病理结果进行对照分析。结果 94例乳腺占位性病变患者经病理学检查共检出128个病灶,包括乳腺良性病变76个、恶性病变52个;磁共振诊断出良性病变71个、恶性病变57个,高频彩超诊断良性病变74个、恶性病灶54个,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);核磁共振、高频彩超术前评估病灶大小均小于术后病理结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而联合诊断术前评估病灶大小与术后病理结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);核磁共振和高频彩超诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异度及准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);核磁共振联合高频彩超诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异度及准确率明显高于单独核磁共振、高频彩超诊断,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 核磁共振与高频彩超在诊断乳腺占位良恶性方面的效果相当,若两者结合可显著提高诊断的准确性。

Diagnostic value of MRI and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignantbreast lesions.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficiency of MRI and high frequency color Doppler ultra-sound in diagnosing benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods The 94 female patients with breast space occupyinglesions were selected as the research objects, who were treated in Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital andTangdu Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019. All patients were examined byMRI and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound. The preoperative diagnosis results were compared with the postopera-tive pathological results. Results A total of 128 lesions were detected in 94 patients with breast space occupying le-sions through pathological examination, including 76 benign lesions and 52 malignant lesions. MRI detected 71 benignlesions and 57 malignant lesions, and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound detected 74 benign lesions and 54 malig-nant lesions; there was no statistically significant difference in detection efficiency between the two methods (P>0.05).The size of lesions evaluated by MRI and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound before operation were all smallerthan the postoperative pathological results (P<0.05); however, there was no statistically significant difference betweenthe lesion size assessed by the combined diagnosis method before the operation and the postoperative pathological re-sults (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy between MRIand high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing breast cancer (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accu-racy of MRI combined with high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing breast cancer were significantly high-er than those of MRI and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound alone (P<0.05). Conclusion MRI and high-frequen-cy color Doppler ultrasound are equivalent in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast space occupying lesions, andthe combination of the two can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
