标题：心房颤动患者血清FGF-23、miR-208b的表达水平及临床意义

      【摘要】 目的 探讨血清成纤维细胞生长因子23 (FGF23)、miR-208b在心房颤动患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法 选取2018年5月至2019年10月在西安市第三医院治疗的心房颤动患者240例(观察组)，其中阵发性房颤患者134例，持续性房颤患者106例；同时选取同期窦性心律健康体检者150例作为对照组。检测并比较两组受检者以及阵发性房颤患者和持续性房颤患者的血清FGF-23、miR-208b水平；采用超声心动图检查观察组患者的心脏参数，分析FGF-23、miR-208b与LAD的相关性。结果 观察组患者的血清FGF-23、miR-208b相对表达量分别为(210.20±89.60) ng/mL和 5.30±1.22，明显高于对照组的(110.04±32.29) ng/mL和 2.90±0.88，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组中的持续性房颤患者的血清FGF-23、miR-208b相对表达量分别为(234.22±70.05) ng/mL和5.83±1.00，明显高于阵发性房颤患者的(191.20±65.59) ng/mL和4.88±1.02，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；持续性房颤患者的左房直径(LAD)为(38.81±5.11) mm，明显长于阵发性房颤患者的(34.03±4.02) mm，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；血清 FGF-23、miR-208b相对表达量与 LAD呈正相关(r=0.411，0.382，P<0.05)；观察组患者中主要心血管事件(MACE)患者的血清 FGF-23和miR-208b分别为(243.30±72.29) ng/mL和 6.12±1.12，明显高于非MACE患者的(199.65±71.43) ng/mL和 5.04±1.07，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心房颤动患者血清FGF-23，miR-208b明显升高，且与疾病类型、心脏参数及预后有一定相关性。
