      标题:网络疑病症的文献计量学分析

      【摘要】 目的 分析国内外网络疑病症研究现状,为今后网络疑病症的有关研究提供参考。方法 检索Webof Science与中国知网中自建库至2020年8月国内外网络疑病症相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对国家、机构的发文情况、聚类、文献共被引等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献102篇,有关网络疑病症研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,我国网络疑病症的研究机构数量少且分散,机构间缺乏合作。生成的 8个聚类中“功能不足(#4 functionalimpairment)”聚类出现了高中介中心性的节点,其关键词为“信息(information)”。高共被引文献多为量表开发与测量等量性研究。结论 我国对网络疑病症研究的广度和深度有待加强,结合我国国情,各地区机构和学科间应加强合作,充分借鉴国外研究的热点与前沿展开深入研究。

Bibliometrics analysis of cyberchondria.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the research status of cyberchondria at home and abroad, and to provide ref-erence for future related research on cyberchondria. Methods Cyberchondria-related literatures at home and abroadwere retrieved in Web of Science and CNKI from the establishment of the database to August 2020. CiteSpace softwarewas used to visually analyze the publication situation, clustering, and co-citation of literatures of countries and institu-tions. Results A total of 102 references were included. The amounts of papers published on cyberchondria were gen-erally on the rise. The number of research institutions on cyberchondria in China was small and scattered, and therewas a lack of cooperation among them. Among the eight clusters generated, the "#4 functional impairment" cluster hasa high intermediate-centered node, and its keyword was "information". Most of the cited references with high co-cita-tion were scale development and equivalence measurement studies. Conclusion In China, the breadth and depth of re-search on cyberchondria need to be strengthened. In combination with China's national conditions, regional institutionsand disciplines should strengthen cooperation and make in-depth research based on the hotspots and frontiers of for-eign research.
