      【摘要】 真菌感染尤其是深部真菌感染是造成免疫力低下患者发病和死亡的主要原因之一。现有抗真菌药物的抗菌谱、抗菌效果等难以满足临床需要;真菌耐药性日益严重。建立一种有效的评估抗深部真菌药物活性的筛选方法对于推动抗深部真菌药物的开发利用具有重要意义。近年来微流控芯片技术逐渐成为药物筛选的有力工具。因此,本文就微流控芯片技术在抗深部真菌感染药物筛选中的研究进展及应用前景做一综述。

Research progress of microfluidics in drug screening against deep fungal infection.

The Medical College of Dalian University, Dalian 116622, Liaoning, CHINA【Abstract】 Fungal infections, especially deep fungal infections, were strongly associated with the significantmorbidity and mortality of patients with immunodeficiency. The antifungal spectrum and antifungal effect of antibioticswere difficult to meet the clinical needs. The fungal resistance was becoming increasingly serious. It was greatly signifi-cant to establish an effective screening method to evaluate the activity of antifungal drugs for promoting the develop-ment and utilization of antifungal drugs. In recent years, microfluidic chip technology has gradually become a powerfultool for drug screening. Therefore, this paper summaries the progress and application prospect of microfluidics in thescreening of antifungal drugs.
