      标题:生物功能性修复系统制作全口义齿的应用现状与展望

      【摘要】 生物功能性修复系统是一种高品质的义齿制作系统,其采用独有的咬合记录方法取得准确的颌位关系。该系统采用配套的器械和高质量的材料,降低了初印模和终印模程序的技术敏感性,能减少对医生经验的依赖,显著提高义齿制作的成功率。对一些疑难的无牙颌病例,生物功能性修复系统制作的全口义齿也能获得良好的吸附力。本文对生物功能性全口义齿的吸附力形成影响因素、制作流程以及临床应用现状与趋势做了综述,并展望了采用生物功能性修复系统制作高品质全口义齿可能是未来的一个趋势。

Application status and prospect of complete denture fabrication by biofunctional prosthetic system.

School of Stomatology, Jinan University, Guangzhou 510632, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 The biofunctional prosthetic system is a kind of high-quality denture production system that usesunique methods to obtain an accurate registration of jaw relationship. The BPS uses personalized equipments and highperformance materials, which canlessen the technical sensitivity of the primary impression and final impression proce-dures, aswellas reduces the dependence on the doctor's experience, and significantly improves the success rate of denturemaking. For some difficult edentulous cases, the complete denture fabricated by the biofunctional prosthetic system canalso obtain good suction. This article reviews the influence factors for the suction making process and currentclinical ap-plication status of biofunctional prosthetic system complete denture. At the same time, we predictthat complete denturesfabricated by biofunctional prosthetic system may be a future trend.
