      【摘要】 骨形态发生蛋白 9 (BMP9)是参与调控软骨形成、血管生成、神经元分化等复杂信号通路的关键分子,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)特点在于肝内甘油三酯的堆积及肝脏病变的持续进展。近年来研究发现BMP9与NAFLD之间有一定相关性。本文主要就BMP9通过促进褐色脂肪细胞生成、增加胰岛素敏感性,调控脂质代谢相关蛋白及肝纤维化方面对NAFLD的影响及两者相互关系进行综述。

Research progress on the relationship between BMP9 and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Harbin Institute of Physical Education, Harbin 150008, Heilongjiang, CHINA【Abstract】 Bone morphogenetic protein 9 (BMP9) is a key molecule involved in the regulation of cartilage for-mation, angiogenesis, neuron differentiation and other complex signaling pathways. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is characterized by the accumulation of triglycerides in the liver and the continuous progress of liver disease.In recent years, studies have found that there is a certain correlation between BMP9 and NAFLD. This article mainly re-views the effects of BMP9 on NAFLD by promoting the formation of brown adipocytes, increasing insulin sensitivity,regulating lipid metabolism related proteins and liver fibrosis, and the relationship between them.
