      标题:安徽省某三甲医院医务人员工作满意度调查分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解安徽省某三甲医院医务人员的工作满意度,并分析影响绩效满意度的因素,为完善医院绩效评价体系提供依据。方法 通过抽样选取2019—2020年度蚌埠医学院第一附属医院622名医务人员作为研究对象,采用自行编制的工作满意度问卷对实施绩效改革前后的工作满意度进行调查,采用单因素和多因素分析法对绩效满意度影响因素进行分析。结果 调查结果显示,绩效改革后工作满意度中的绩效管理、工作环境、工作负荷、工作意义、医院管理、职业风险六个维度评分分别为(23.2±1.4)分、(22.5±0.8)分、(22.8±1.2)分、(21.3±1.8)分、(22.2±1.5)分、(22.3±1.7)分,明显高于实施前的(16.6±1.7)分、(18.3±1.2)分、(18.8±1.0)分、(16.1±1.7)分、(17.0±1.2)分、(16.6±1.4)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、职称、工作年限及月收入水平医务人员绩效满意度评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元回归分析结果显示,性别、职称、月收入对绩效满意度有明显影响(P<0.05)。结论 医务人员绩效满意度是工作满意度的重要组成部分,影响绩效满意度的因素较多,针对影响医务人员绩效满意度的因素制定绩效管理方案有助于提高医务人员的工作积极性。

A survey of job satisfaction of medical staff before and after performance reform and analysis of influencingfactors of performance satisfaction in a grade-A hospital in Anhui Province.

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the level of satisfaction of medical staff in a grade-A hospital in AnhuiProvince, and analyze the factors that affect performance satisfaction, so as to provide reference for improving the hospi-tal's performance evaluation system. Methods Taking 622 medical staff of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Med-ical College from 2019 to 2021 as the research objects, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the six dimensions ofjob satisfaction before and after the hospital's performance reform, and the one-way analysis of variance was used to ana-lyze the factors affecting performance satisfaction. Results After the performance reform, the scores of the six dimen-sions of job satisfaction, the scores of performance management, work environment, workload, work significance, hospi-tal management, and occupational risk were (23.2±1.4) points, (22.5±0.8) points, (22.8±1.2) points, (21.3±1.8) points,(22.2±1.5) points, (22.3±1.7) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than corresponding (16.6±1.7) points,(18.3±1.2) points, (18.8±1.0) points, (16.1±1.7) points, (17.0±1.2) points, (16.6±1.4) points before implementation ofperformance reform (all P<0.05). There were significant differences in the performance satisfaction scores of medicalstaff with different gender, professional title, working years, and monthly income levels (all P<0.05). The results of mul-tiple regression analysis showed that gender, professional title and monthly income had significant impact on perfor-mance satisfaction (all P<0.05). Conclusion The performance satisfaction of medical staff is an important part of jobsatisfaction, and there are many factors that influence the performance satisfaction. It is of great significance to develop aperformance management plan for the factors that affect the satisfaction of medical staff’s performance.
