      标题:183株沙门菌属细菌的血清型分布、分子分型特征及耐药性分析

      【摘要】 目的 分析沙门菌属细菌的血清型分布、分子分型特征及耐药性。方法 183株沙门菌属细菌来自宝鸡市中心医院2016年2月至2020年10月门诊及住院患者的临床送检标本,分析沙门菌属细菌的血清型分布、分子分型特征和耐药性情况。结果 183株沙门菌属细菌中鼠伤寒沙门菌占65.03%,为最常见血清型,其次为肠炎沙门菌 26.78%,副伤寒沙门菌、伤寒沙门菌、甲型副伤寒沙门菌、斯坦利沙门菌、德尔卑沙门菌分别占 1.64%、1.64%、1.09%、1.09%、1.09%;119株鼠伤寒沙门菌可见81个脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)型,29株肠炎沙门菌可见21个PFGE型;沙门菌属细菌对四环素、头孢哌酮、链霉素、萘啶酸、氨苄西林的耐药率较高,耐药率分别为 89.62%、73.77%、78.14%、85.79%、88.52%;对卡那霉素、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、阿莫西林/克拉维素的耐药率较低,耐药率分别为 15.85%、10.93%、8.74%、18.03%、13.66%、12.57%;对环丙沙星、头孢西丁、亚胺培南均敏感,敏感率均为100%。结论 沙门菌属细菌的血清型分布和PFGE分型较多,且对多种抗生素耐药,临床应结合药敏试验结果,指导合理用药。

Serotype distribution, molecular typing characteristics, and drug resistance analysis of 183 strains of Salmonella.SHI Hong, WANG Yi.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the serotype distribution, molecular typing characteristics, and drug resis-tance of Salmonella. Methods A total of 183 strains of Salmonella bacteria were collected from clinical samples of out-patients and inpatients in Baoji Central Hospital from February 2016 to October 2020. The serotype distribution, molecu-lar typing characteristics, and drug resistance of Salmonella bacteria were analyzed. Results Among 183 strains of Sal-monella, Salmonella typhimurium (65.03%) was the most common serotype, followed by Salmonella enteritidis (26.78%),and then Salmonella paratyphi (1.64%), Salmonella typhi (1.64%), Salmonella paratyphi A (1.09%), Salmonella stanley(1.09%), and Salmonella Delbert (1.09%), respectively. There were 81 pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) types in119 Salmonella typhimurium strains and 21 PFGE types in 29 Salmonella enteritidis strains. Salmonella showed high re-sistance to tetracycline, cefoperazone, streptomycin, nalidixic acid, and ampicillin (89.62%, 73.77%, 78.14%, 85.79%,and 88.52%, respectively), low resistance to kanamycin, ceftazidime, cefepime, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, and amoxicil-lin/clavulanate (15.85%, 10.93%, 8.74%, 18.03%, 13.66%, and 12.57%, respectively, and were sensitive to ciprofloxa-cin, cefoxitin and imipenem (the sensitivity rate was 100%). Conclusion Salmonella has many serotypes and PFGEtypes, and is resistant to many antibiotics. The clinical results of drug sensitivity test should be used to guide rationaldrug use.
