      标题:葡萄糖转运蛋白-1、p53蛋白在乳腺癌癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的相关性

      【摘要】 目的 探讨葡萄糖转运蛋白-1 (GLUT-1)和p53蛋白在乳腺癌癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法 选取2012年3月至2015年3月在延安大学咸阳医院就诊的106例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,其中106份乳腺癌组织标本和 106份癌旁组织标本,比较两种组织中GLUT-1与p53蛋白表达水平,并分析其表达水平与临床病理特征及乳腺癌疾病的预后的关系,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析影响乳腺癌患者预后的相关危险因素。结果 乳腺癌组织中GLUT-1、p53蛋白阳性率分别为 65.09%、62.26%,明显高于癌旁组织的24.53%、16.38%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);GLUT-1和p53蛋白表达与患者年龄、月经初潮年纪、肿瘤直径、肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05),与淋巴转移、TNM分期、雌激素受体水平、孕激素受体水平有关(P<0.05);GLUT-1阳性表达和 p53阳性表达患者的死亡率分别为 84.48%、77.59%,明显高于GLUT-1阴性表达和 p53阴性表达的 15.51%、22.41%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);GLUT-1 (阳性)、p53蛋白(阳性)、淋巴转移(有)、TNM分期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期)、雌激素受体水平(异常增高)和孕激素受体水平(异常增高)为影响乳腺癌患者预后死亡的相关危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 GLUT-1与 p53蛋白在乳腺癌癌组织中均呈高表达状态,且与其临床各病理特征及预后有关,两者有助于了解乳腺肿瘤的发生、发展和评估患者预后。

Expressions of glucose transporter-1 and p53 proteins in breast cancer and their correlations withclinicopathological features and prognosis.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expressions of glucose transporter-1 (GLUT-1) and p53 protein inbreast cancer and their correlations with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods A total of 106 patientswith breast cancer, who admitted to Xianyang Hospital of Yan'an University from March 2012 to March 2015, were se-lected as the research objects, including106 specimens of breast cancer tissue and 106 specimens of paracancerous tis-sue. The expression levels of GLUT-1 and p53 proteins in the two tissues were compared, and the relationships betweentheir expression levels, clinicopathological characteristics and the prognosis of patients with breast cancer was analyzed.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze related risk factors that affect the prognosis of pa-tients with breast cancer. Results The positive rates of GLUT-1 and p53 protein in breast cancer tissues were 65.09%and 62.26%, respectively, which were significantly higher than corresponding 24.53% and 16.38% in adjacent tissues(P<0.05). The expressions of GLUT-1 and p53 protein had nothing to do with the patient's age, menarche age, tumor di-ameter, tumor location (all P>0.05), but were related to lymphatic metastasis, TNM stage, estrogen receptor level, andprogesterone receptor level (all P<0.05). The mortalities of patients with GLUT-1 positive expression and p53 positiveexpression were 84.48% and 77.59% , respectively, which were significantly higher than corresponding 15.51% and22.41% in patients with GLUT-1 negative expression and in patients with p53 negative expression (P<0.05). GLUT-1(positive), p53 protein (positive), lymphatic metastasis, TNM stage (Ⅲ-Ⅳ), estrogen receptor level (abnormal increas-ing), and progesterone receptor level (abnormal increasing) were related risk factors that affect the death prognosis of pa-tients with breast cancer (all P<0.05). Conclusion GLUT-1 and p53 protein were both highly expressed in breast can-cer tissues and are related to the clinicopathological features and prognosis. They are both helpful to understand the oc-currence and development of breast tumors and evaluate the prognosis of patients.
