      【摘要】 海南自由贸易港建设是中国新时代改革开放进程中的一项重大实践，为海南社会经济繁荣和各行各业发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。人才是事业发展的第一资源，海南省人民医院通过完善人才制度体系、创新人才工作方法、做好人才的服务管理和使用等举措，人才效益显著，为海南自贸港建设创一流营商环境提供了有力的医疗服务保障。

Talents are the primary resource for career development. Hainan Gener-al Hospital has achieved remarkable benefits by improving the talent system, innovating the working methods of talents,and doing a good job in the service management and use of talents, thus providing a strong medical service guarantee forthe construction of a first-class business environment in Hainan Free Trade Port.
