      标题:移动互联网辅助PBL教学法在医学生临床外科见习教学中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨移动互联网辅助PBL教学法在医学生临床外科见习教学中应用的可行性。方法 选取2018—2019年在广东医科大学附属中山黄圃医院外科实习的46名本科临床专业医学生,采用随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组23名,分别采用PBL教学法和移动互联网辅助PBL教学法教学。通过比较两组实习生见习结束时考核成绩和教学满意度,评价教学效果。结果 实验组实习生的病史采集、专科查体、影像学资料阅读、发病机制、治疗方案拟定考核得分及总成绩明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经教学满意度问卷调查,实验组实习生的非常满意率为82.61%,明显高于对照组的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 移动互联网辅助PBL教学法可有效提高教学效果,提升教学满意度,提高医学生解决临床实际问题的能力。

Application of mobile Internet assisted-PBL teaching method in clinical surgery probation teaching of medicalstudents.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of mobile Internet assisted-PBL teaching method in clinicalsurgery probation teaching for medical students. Methods Forty-six undergraduate clinical medical students who in-terned in Department of General Surgery, Zhongshan Huangpu Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical Universityfrom 2018 to 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 23 students in eachgroup. PBL teaching method and mobile Internet assisted-PBL teaching method were used respectively. The evaluationresults and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The scoresof medical history collection, special physical examination, imaging data reading, pathogenesis, treatment plan, and totalscore of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Through the question-naire survey of teaching satisfaction, the very satisfactory rate of the experimental group was 82.61%, which was signifi-cantly higher than 65.22% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mobile Internet assisted-PBL teaching methodcan effectively improve teaching effect, and reform teaching satisfaction, enhance the ability of medical students to solveclinical practical problems.
