【摘要】 1 470 nm半导体半导体激光是近年来泌尿外科前列腺微创手术对新型医用激光技术又一新的尝试,其波长可以被水和血红蛋白双重高效吸收而具有强大的组织汽化效率及凝固止血效果已被广泛证实。泌尿外科已向微创化、精准化不断迈进,1 470 nm半导体激光的临床应用必将进一步推进泌尿外科手术技术的发展,为临床工作者及患者带来更多新的、意想不到的益处。本综述意在阐述1 470 nm半导体激光在BPH手术中的应用优势,供泌尿外科医师提供参考。

Application of 1 470 nm diode laser in prostatic hyperplasia surgery.

Its wavelength can be absorbed by water and hemoglobin with high efficien-cy, and its strong tissue vaporization efficiency and coagulative and hemostatic effect has been widely proved. Urologyhas been advancing towards minimally invasive and precision, and the clinical application of 1 470 nm diode laser willfurther promote the development of urology surgery technology and bring more new and unexpected benefits to clinicalworkers and patients. The purpose of this review is to elucidate the application advantages of 1 470 nm diode laser in be-nign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) surgery for the reference of urologists.
