标题：防风秦艽颗粒联合太白三七颗粒治疗混合痔疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察防风秦艽颗粒联合太白三七颗粒治疗混合痔的疗效。方法 选取2018年10月至2019年2月陕西省宝鸡市中医医院收治的160例混合痔住院患者，依据随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组各80例，所有患者均行自动弹力线痔套扎术，对照组术后口服地奥司明片，观察组术后口服防风秦艽颗粒与太白三七颗粒，均连服5 d。治疗后评价两组患者的总体疗效，比较两组患者术后不同时间的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、出血症状评分和肛缘水肿评分。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.50%，明显高于对照组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后 1 d、3 d和 5 d，观察组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，术后 3 d和5 d，两组患者的VAS评分明显低于术后1 d，术后5 d，两组患者的VAS评分明显低于术后3 d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后1 d、3 d和5 d，观察组患者的出血症状评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，术后3 d和5 d，两组患者的出血症状评分明显低于术后1 d，术后5 d，两组患者的出血症状评分明显低于术后3 d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后 1 d、3 d和 5 d，观察组患者的肛缘水肿评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，术后3 d和5 d，两组患者的肛缘水肿评分明显低于术后1 d，术后5 d，两组患者的肛缘水肿评分明显低于术后3 d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 防风秦艽颗粒联合太白三七颗粒能显著减轻混合痔患者术后疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿等症状，提高总体疗效。

Effects of Fangfeng Qinqiao Granule combined with Taibai Sanqi Granule on mixed hemorrhoids.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Fangfeng Qinqiao Granule combined with Taibai Sanqi Granulein the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 160 inpatients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to BaojiHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of thisstudy. The patients were divided into a control group (n=80) and an observation group (n=80) according to the randomnumber table. All patients underwent automatic elastic thread hemorrhoidectomy. Patients in the control group took Dios-min tablets orally after operation, and those in the observation group took Fangfeng Qinqiao Granules and Taibai SanqiGranules orally after operation, for 5 days. After treatment, the overall efficacy of the two groups were evaluated, and theVisual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores, bleeding symptoms scores, and anal marginal edema scores of the two groups atdifferent times (1 d, 3 d, 5 d) after the operation were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observationgroup was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than 81.25% of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the ob-servation group were significantly lower than that of the control group on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th day after operation, and thescores of the two groups were significantly lower on the 3rd and 5th day after operation than on the 1st day after operation,and also on the 5th day after operation than on the 3rd day after operation, all with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The bleeding symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group onthe 1st, 3rd, and 5th day after operation, and the scores of the two groups were significantly lower on the 3rd and 5th day af-ter operation than on the 1st day after operation, and also on the 5th day after operation than on the 3rd day after opera-tion, all with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The perianal edema scores of the observation group werelower than those of the control group on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day after operation, and the scores of the two groups weresignificantly lower on the 3rd and 5th day after operation than on the 1st day after operation, and also on the 5th day afteroperation than on the 3rd day after operation, all with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Fang-feng Qinqiao Granule combined with Taibai Sanqi Granule can significantly reduce the postoperative pain, bleeding, analedema, and other symptoms in patients with mixed hemorrhoids, and improve the overall effect.
