      【摘要】 进展性缺血性卒中(PIS)的神经功能恶化严重影响患者预后，其致残率及致死率均高于非进展性卒中，给患者家庭和社会带来了巨大的经济负担。血脑屏障(BBB)是维持中枢神经系统正常生理状态的重要结构，它能阻止大部分有害物质由血液进入脑组织。而当发生缺血性卒中后，BBB结构及功能受到破坏，增加PIS的患病风险，从而影响疾病发展及预后。本文将对BBB与PIS的相关性进行综述。

The disability rate and mortality rate of PIS are higher than those of non-progressive stroke,which brings huge economic burden to patients' families and society. Blood brain barrier (BBB) is an important structureto maintain the normal physiological state of the central nervous system, which can prevent most harmful substances fromentering the brain tissue from the blood. After ischemic stroke, the structure and function of BBB are destroyed, which hasan impact on the development and prognosis of the disease. This article will review the relationship between BBB and PIS.
