      【摘要】 目的 探讨卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶基因(LCAT) 511C/T多态性与脑梗死的关联性及对脑梗死的预
警价值。方法 选择2014年1月至2015年3月海南省干部疗养院神经内科收治的海南汉族脑梗死患者317例作为
观察组,同期在我院体检科进行体检的健康人305例作为对照组,委托生物技术公司检测样本的LCAT基因511C/T
多态性位点的分型信息,利用SPSS21.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 两组受检者中均未检出511C/T位点的基因
型TT,实验组中基因型CC、CT的检出率分别为 80.8% (256/317)、19.2% (61/317),对照组分别为 77.7% (237/305)、
22.3% (68/305),组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。等位基因C和T的分布频率比较差异亦无统计学意义(P>
0.05)。结论 LCAT基因511C/T位点多态性与海南汉族脑梗死患者无相关性。

Predictive value of lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase gene 511C/T polymorphism on cerebral infarction.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) gene
511C/T polymorphism and cerebral infarction, and it's early warning value for cerebral infarction. Methods A total of
317 patients with cerebral infarction from January 2014 to March 2015 in the Department of Neurology of Hainan Prov-
ince Cadre Sanatorium were chosen as the study group, and 305 healthy people for medical physical examination were
chosen as the control group. All the samples were analyzed by biotechnology company for the typing information of LCAT
gene 511C/T polymorphism locus. SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Genotype TT was not de-
tected in 511C/T locus in the two groups. The frequency of genotypes CC, CT were 80.8% (256/317), 19.2% (61/317) in
the study group and 77.7% (237/305), 22.3% (68/305) in the control group, with no statistically significant difference be-
tween the two groups (P>0.05). There was also no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the fre-
quency of allele C and T. Conclusion There is no correlation between LCAT gene 511C/T polymorphism and cerebral
infarction in patients of Han population in Hainan.
