标题：我国注册护士核心能力量表的应用现状及前景

      【摘要】 目前我国护士核心能力理论及量表的应用存在明显的区域性和局限性。本文概述了护士核心能力的概念，结合文献综述核心能力现状分析、CIRN的应用研究、核心能力量表的应用现状和前景，以促使其在护理人性化管理、人力资源配置与管理、职业价值认同感和核心能力培训等方面发挥更大的作用。希望学者们能对其进一步深入全面研究，结合核心能力的理论与实践，促进护士核心能力水平的整体提升以及医院护理质量的提高。

Application status and prospect of core competence scale for registered nurses in China.

College of Nursing, Guangxi Medical University, Nanning 530021, Guangxi, CHINA【Abstract】 At present, there are obvious regional and limitations in the application of core competence theoryand scale for nurses in China. This paper summarizes the concept of nurses' core competence, andreviews the status ofcore competence, the application research of CIRN, and the application status and prospect of the core competence scalebased on literature review, so as to promote it to play a greater role in humanistic nursing management, human resourceallocation and management, professional value identity and core competence training. It is hoped that scholars can fur-ther study on it in-depth and comprehensively, and combine the theory and practice of core competence to promote theoverall improvement of the level of core competence of nurses and the improvement of hospital nursing quality.
